5 years agoSan Francisco 49ers running back Raheem Mostert could be relegated to relief duties in Week 5 against the Cleveland Browns. With the impending return of Tevin Coleman (ankle), Mostert’s near-even timeshare with Matt Breida could be coming to an end. The fourth-year pro has been impressive, amassing 270 scrimmage yards and a touchdown on 38 touches but may become a third wheel. Even with Mostert’s big-play abilities and the Browns middling rush defense, Mostert is a shaky play on Monday night. If Coleman starts, Mostert will be a desperation flex who could get 5-7 touches.
