5 years agoSan Francisco 49ers wide receiver Dante Pettis was called out by head coach Kyle Shanahan after registering a bagel on three targets in Week 10 against the Seattle Seahawks. Regarding Pettis squandering chances, Shanahan lamented “the less opportunities he gets.” A preseason fantasy darling, Pettis has an anonymous 109 yards on 11 grabs this season while playing roughly 35 percent of snaps, going for 10 or fewer yards in six of nine contests. He does have two touchdowns. Kendrick Bourne has soaked up snaps vacated by the injured Emmanuel Sanders (ribs), so it appears a lost season for the second-year Pettis.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
