5 years agoThe Miami Dolphins signed defensive ends Curtis Weaver and Jason Strowbridge to four-year deals. Both players were fifth-round picks during the 2020 NFL Draft. Weaver finished the 2019 season with 52 total tackles, 19.5 tackles for loss, and 13.5 sacks through 14 games. His 34 career sacks ranks second in school history, but he may have broken it if he stayed for one more season. Strowbridge recorded 44 total tackles, six tackles for loss, and 2.5 sacks during his senior year at North Carolina. Neither player is expected to be a starter in Miami this season.
