In 14 starts at the site, Hamlin has two wins, 11 top-10 finishes and 562 laps led, which is the third-most among active drivers. Since 2017, Hamlin has the fifth-most fastest laps (57) at Darlington. Hamlin’s 2020 season so far has been hit and miss, with two top-10 finishes, including a Daytona 500 win, but also two finishes outside of the top 10. The driver of the No. 11 Toyota will start 10th and historically performs well at Darlington, regardless of seasonal performance.
