4 years agoNew England Patriots running back Sony Michel (foot) recently underwent surgery and it's unclear if he'll be ready for the beginning of training camp. It was revealed that the surgery was more maintenance-based to help relieve discomfort. Michel was the leading rusher for the Patriots over the last two seasons. He rushed for 912 yards on 247 attempts with seven touchdowns last year in New England. The Pats drafted Damien Harris in the third round during the 2020 NFL Draft. James White seems to always find a way to get himself involved in the offense. The Patriots have depth if Michel is not ready to play by the beginning of the season. His fantasy value could take a slight hit with the added talent in the backfield this offseason.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
