Danny Jansen Leaves The Yard In Victory
4 years agoToronto Blue Jays catcher Danny Jansen popped a solo home run in the team’s 4-1 victory over the Nationals on Monday. He also added a single, finishing the game going 2-for-4 and is now 4-for-11 on the year with three runs and a pair of walks. Jansen spent the offseason working on his swing after a disappointing rookie season where he hit .207 in 107 games. He’s on the good side of a 60/40 timeshare with Reese McGuire, but is fantasy viable in single-catcher leagues regardless.
