4 years agoToronto Blue Jays outfielder Lourdes Gurriel Jr. hit his first homer of the 2020 season during the team's 5-1 win over the Nationals on Tuesday. He took right-hander Austin Voth deep in the fourth inning, finishing the night going 1-for-4 with three strikeouts. Gurriel battled some side discomfort leading up to Opening Day, but appears to have put the issue behind him.
