4 years agoBaltimore Orioles starting pitcher Alex Cobb turned in another solid start in Tuesday's 10-9 extra-innings win over the Phillies. Cobb pitched 5 1/3 innings, allowing three runs (two earned) on three hits (including a solo home run) and two walks with two strikeouts. The veteran has had a fabulous start to the season and now has a 2.75 ERA with 17 strikeouts and eight walks over 19 2/3 IP. While fantasy players should be encouraged, Cobb's next start will be against the Nationals at home, so he should likely be avoided.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
