Philip Rivers Looks For Bounce-Back Performance
4 years agoIndianapolis Colts quarterback Philip Rivers will look to rebound in a Thursday night contest against the Titans after having a rough Week 9 where he failed to throw a touchdown pass. This is a much more favorable matchup for Rivers than what he had to deal with last week. The Titans Defense ranks 25th against opposing quarterbacks and have allowed 19 passing touchdowns, which is tied for third most in the league. Although it is a favorable matchup, Rivers has just two games all season with multiple touchdown passes. Rivers may produce against this porous Tennessee secondary, but he likely holds just borderline QB2 value based on the production we have seen so far this season.
