4 years agoAfter a T23 finish to start the 2021 season, Brendon Todd has failed to finish inside the top 40, missing two straight cuts in this span. Todd struggled in his first couple of starts at Sea Island but finished fourth at last year's RSM Classic. He has not been great with his approach shots or around the green so far this season, ranking 159th in strokes gained while approaching the green and 183rd in strokes gained around the green. Todd has been rolling the ball on the greens fairly well, ranking 57th in one-putt percentage and 79th in birdie conversion. His recent play makes him a volatile play this week, but his play at Sea Island last season should be encouraging coming into the week.--Connor Wege
