BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team PPR Leagues

ANALYSIS: I remember this TV show "Everybody Hates Chris". I guess our fantasy football version should be something like "Everybody Hates New England's Backfield". Starting next week, though, that might not be the case. Not at least if you have James White in your roster, or if you can find him available in your WW and grab him ROS.
The Patriots RB1--in passing plays, that is--Rex Burkhead was forced out this past Sunday's game after playing just 12 snaps, and with him potentially missing ample time (looks like he suffered an ACL injury) it is all going White's way going forward. James White had been losing importance in this backfield on a weekly basis, playing 40 snaps in W4, then 31 in W6, 21 in W9, and a season-low 10 in W10 against Baltimore. Burkhead's injury, though, helped him reach the second-highest mark of his season at 39, which he turned into 14.3 PPR points.
White rushed the ball just five times on Sunday for 19 yards, but that's not his mojo. New England will keep using both Sony Michel and Damien Harris on the ground, but the pass-catching duties are all of a sudden in White's hands. He finished with 6 receptions for 64 yards on 9 targets this past weekend, his best receiving game since W6.
At least for a couple of weeks, the Patriots backfield should be a great streaming option as they face the 14th and 23rd best defenses against fantasy RBs. White is available in more than half of Yahoo! leagues, and nobody in New England is taking pass-catching duties from him. Target him in virtually every league if only because of the volume of opportunities he'll see, and make him a priority in PPR formats.
