4 years agoCharlotte Hornets rookie guard LaMelo Ball scored 20 points on 7-for-11 shooting in Wednesday's win over the Phoenix Suns. He was 3-for-7 from deep and also added in eight assists, four rebounds, and two steals. The No. 3 pick in the 2020 draft, Ball continues to look like the best rookie from this class. Up next for the Hornets is a meeting with the Warriors on Friday, who allow the 11th-most points per game but hold teams to the ninth-fewest assists.
