Randy Arozarena Continues Spring Struggles
4 years agoTampa Bay Rays outfielder Randy Arozarena went 0-for-3 with two strikeouts in Tuesday's 11-3 win against the Boston Red Sox. Arozarena is now just 2-for-13 across his first five spring games. There is a ton of hype surrounding the young outfielder heading into 2021 after he hit 10 home runs across 20 postseason games and had a relatively solid regular season as he slashed .281/.382/.641 with seven home runs, 11 RBI, 15 runs scored, and four stolen bases in just 64 at-bats. The major drawback for Arozarena was that he posted just a .154 average against breaking balls. If he can improve upon this heading into 2021, the sky is the limit and his ADP of 61 will likely be justified.
