4 years agoBrooklyn Nets guard Kyrie Irving scored 40 points on 15-for-23 shooting in Thursday's game against the Boston Celtics. In addition, he grabbed eight rebounds and dished out three assists. Irving was 5-for-8 from three and also posted one steal and one block. He'll face the Pistons on Saturday, who allow opponents to shoot the 11th-highest percentage from three and to score the 17th-most points per game. Irving's always got a high ceiling, but he might not be the best of the high-end plays on Saturday's slate.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
