4 years agoBaltimore Orioles pitcher Wade LeBlanc was granted his request for release on Thursday and is now a free agent, according to Nathan Ruiz of The Baltimore Sun. LeBlanc had looked decent in three appearances this spring, allowing three runs — two earned — on three hits and five walks while striking out seven in eight innings of work. LeBlanc had seen his numbers decline in 2019 and in 2020, and despite his performance this spring it was unlikely he would have had much value in fantasy this year outside of being a potential matchup-dependent streaming option.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
