Logan Webb Wraps Up Emmaculate Spring Monday
4 years agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Logan Webb finished off a great spring in Monday's 7-2 win over the A's. Webb pitched six innings, allowing one earned run (his first all spring) on four hits and a walk with five strikeouts. The 24-year-old put together stellar numbers this spring, allowing one earned run on seven hits and two walks with 22 strikeouts over 17 IP. Armed with his improved changeup, Webb will slot in as the Giants' number-three starter. He has showed some positive signs throughout his young career but has not been able to string together stretches of consistent performance. His spring numbers make him worth a look at the end of fantasy drafts heading into the regular season.
