4 years agoLos Angeles Angels catcher Juan Graterol was traded to the Toronto Blue Jays for cash consideration on Wednesday, according to Kaitlyn McGrath of The Athletic. This appears to be a move to create depth at the catcher position for Toronto, as they already have Danny Jansen and Alejandro Kirk on their roster. Graterol has appeared in just 67 games over four years and has a triple-slash line .218/.227/.266 with six doubles and 14 RBI. Managers can safely ignore him in all formats, as he won't have any value unless one or both of Jansen and Kirk go down with injury.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
