4 years agoSan Francisco Giants second baseman Donovan Solano picked up right where he left off in 2020 in Friday's 6-3 win over the Mariners. Solano went 3-for-5 with two singles, a double, a strikeout, and two RBI. The 33-year-old proved he could hit for average in 2020, earning the Silver Slugger award with a .326/.365/.463 slash line, and it is encouraging to see him off to a hot start in 2021. It would be great for fantasy managers if he would hit a few more home runs, but Solano should offer plenty of RBI upside if he continues to hit for average and doubles.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
