4 years agoSan Francisco Giants first baseman Brandon Belt had the biggest hit of the night in Monday's 2-0 win over the Phillies, going 1-for-4 with a two-run home run and two strikeouts. Belt crushed a third-inning Chase Anderson breaking ball into the right-field seats for his third HR of the season. The 32-year-old has a disappointing .211 batting average to start the season, but has a .500 slugging percentage and has now homered twice in the Giants last three games. Hopefully, he can keep his momentum going and add some average to his power swing.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
