4 years agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Alex Wood turned in another stellar start in Monday's 3-1 win over the Rangers. Wood pitched seven innings, allowing a single run on four hits and three walks with seven strikeouts. He has been outstanding for the Giants this season, posting a 1.80 ERA, 0.83 WHIP, and 25.9% strikeout rate. The Giants magic seems to be working on Wood, who has been a high-end fantasy starter to this point. His next start should be a favorable one against the Pirates at home.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
