3 years agoSan Diego Padres first baseman Eric Hosmer is not in the starting lineup on Friday night against the Mets. It appears to just be a night off for Hosmer, who has appeared in 19 of the team's last 20 games. With Hosmer out, Jake Cronenworth slides over to first base and will bat third against Jacob deGrom.
