3 years agoTampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Ryan Yarbrough struggled on the mound on Wednesday against the White Sox, allowing seven runs — five earned — on 10 hits and one walk while striking out five over 6 1/3 innings of work. It was the most runs he allowed since April 30, but despite that he still managed to record his fourth straight start with five or more strikeouts. Things could be rough again in his next start against the Red Sox, as he allowed nine runs — six earned — over five innings in his last matchup with Boston back in April.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
