3 years agoNew York Mets relief pitcher Jeurys Familia (hip) was placed on the 10-day injured list on Monday night with a right hip impingement, according to Anthony DiComo of MLB.com. Familia last pitched on Sunday, where he allowed one run on two hits and one walk while striking out two in 2/3 innings of work against the Nationals. He's been a nice play in SV/HLD formats this season, posting a 3.63 ERA and 22.9 percent strikeout rate while going 2-1 with one save and five holds.
