Tylor Megill To Start For Mets On Wednesday
3 years agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Tylor Megill will be called up from Triple-A Syracuse and make his first Major League start on Wednesday against the Braves, according to Justin Toscano of NorthJersey.com. Megill has been having a nice year splitting time between Double-A and Triple-A, going 2-1 with a 3.35 ERA, 1.091 WHIP and 36 percent strikeout rate over 40 1/3 innings of work. He's been a strikeout machine throughout his career in the minors with a 32.1 percent strikeout rate, and could be an interesting streaming option in deeper formats.
