3 years agoArizona Diamondbacks outfielder Ketel Marte (hamstring) remains out of the lineup on Friday night against the Padres. Marte exited Tuesday's game after his hamstring tightened up on him, and then he was held out of Wednesday's game because of that tightness. While managers are hoping Marte can return to the lineup soon, they should be prepared for an IL stint, as Marte has lost time due to multiple hamstring injuries this season. Pavin Smith will get the start in center field Friday night and is batting fifth against San Diego.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
