Carlos Rodon Picks Up No-Decision On Thursday
3 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Carlos Rodon struggled in Thursday's no-decision versus the Minnesota Twins. Rodon tossed five frames and allowed six hits, four runs, two walks and struck out nine on the afternoon. Rodon has been great all year, but he has now allowed seven earned runs in 10 innings over his last two starts. Managers still have to be encouraged with the nine strikeouts and Rodon should still be trusted. The veteran's biggest hurdle has always been health and he has yet to miss a game this season. Rodon remains 6-3 and holds a 2.37 ERA with 122 strikeouts in 83 2/3 innings. Rodon will look to get back on track in a rematch versus the Twins on Tuesday.
