3 years agoThe Seattle Mariners continue to be optimistic that outfielder Kyle Lewis (knee) will be able to return to action at some point this season, despite the fact there is no clear timetable for a return and that he has yet to resume baseball activities, according to Daniel Kramer of MLB.com. Lewis underwent surgery in June to repair a meniscus tear in his right knee, and Kramer reports that he recently returned to Seattle after beginning the early stages of his rehab in Los Angeles. Managers that have an empty IL slot should continue to stash him in case he can still make an impact this season.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
