3 years agoChicago White Sox third baseman Yoan Moncada (hand) and catcher Yasmani Grandal (calf) could both return to the lineup on Monday, according to James Fegan of The Athletic. Grandal exited Friday's game due to right calf tightness, and was then held out of the lineup on Saturday and Sunday, while Moncada last played on Thursday as he has dealt with a bruised right hand. Manager Tony La Russa said that Moncada was taking batting practice prior to Sunday's game, and Grandal reported on Saturday that he was feeling fine and that he was being held out as a precaution. This is good news for the White Sox and for fantasy managers, as managers should anticipate having both return to action tomorrow.
