3 years agoHouston Astros starting pitcher Zack Greinke looked sharp on the mound on Sunday afternoon, allowing three runs on five hits and one walk over 7 2/3 innings of work while striking out eight in a 4-3 win over the Indians. Despite not factoring into the decision, Sunday marked Greinke's second quality start in his last three outings, as he is now 8-2 with a 3.65 ERA and 1.15 WHIP with 74 strikeouts in 103 2/3 innings of work this year. While his 17.9 percent strikeout rate is the lowest mark he's posted since 2010, he's still an effective fantasy pitcher in any format.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
