Evan White Could Miss Rest Of Season
3 years agoSeattle Mariners first baseman Evan White (hip) could end up missing the rest of the season due to a hip injury, according to Daniel Kramer of MLB.com. White has been out since mid-May, and while it was initially believed he would be able to return, general manager Jerry DiPoto said on Saturday that the injury is more "ominous" than the team or White had initially believed. He was struggling this season with a .144 average and .439 OPS over 30 games, and at this point there's no reason he should still be rostered in any redraft formats.
