Albert Pujols Goes Yard Twice In Victory
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers first baseman Albert Pujols was his vintage self in Saturday's defeat versus the Arizona Diamondbacks. Pujols went 3-for-6 at the plate with a pair home runs and three RBI. Pujols hasn't been a regular for the Dodgers lineup, but he has been starting in most matchups versus left-handed pitching. Pujols is no longer the elite offensive option that he one was, but he is hitting a respectable .238 with 13 home runs and 35 RBI. Despite the nice performance, Pujols hasn't earned enough playing time to be a valuable member in most formats. He remains best served as a DFS option at the moment.
