3 years agoPittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has been focused on getting in better shape this offseason. The veteran quarterback struggled in 2020 and the Pittsburgh offense struggled along with him. Roethlisberger's surgically repaired right elbow is reportedly stronger this year, which should allow him to push the ball down the field more after he averaged a career-low 6.3 yards per pass attempt in 2020. Roethlisberger's commitment to weight loss coupled with a stronger elbow in 2021 could result in a bounceback year for the veteran quarterback. He certainly isn't hurting for weapons as the Steelers have three strong wideouts in Diontae Johnson, Chase Claypool, and JuJu Smith-Schuster and added stud rookie running back Najee Harris in the first round of the NFL draft. Roethlisberger is worth a look as a QB2 in larger fantasy leagues this season as he could post some useful weeks.--Matt T - RotoBaller
