3 years agoJacksonville Jaguars tight end Chris Manhertz sits atop the depth chart going into training camp despite amassing only 12 career receptions in five NFL seasons. Manhertz has been known more for his blocking than his receiving prowess to this point, but that could change in 2021. This offseason, according to SI's John Shipley, Manhertz "stood out time and time again" and "looked quicker... while also bringing in several tough sideline grabs." It's also somewhat notable that Manhertz attended George Kittle's tight end university camp. Manhertz will compete primarily with James O'Shaughnessy for TE targets in 2021. Overall, it's likely that each of them mixes in, which would negatively impact the fantasy value for both players. Barring a significant training camp rise, consider Manhertz off of the fantasy radar for 2021.--Casey Kamholz
