3 years agoJacksonville Jaguars veteran free-agent wide receiver addition Marvin Jones Jr. projects to be a comforting option for rookie quarterback Trevor Lawrence in 2021. Jones has been a very steady fantasy producer throughout his career in Cincinnati and Detroit, and it's fair to expect more of the same with Jacksonville this season. According to SI's John Shipley, "it is clear that [Jones] is the security blanket of the offense... [he's been a] consistent target for both Gardner Minshew II and Lawrence throughout OTAs, not dropping a pass during team drills." Jones will be competing for targets this season with a talented pair of wideouts in D.J. Chark and Laviska Shenault Jr. Jones has the least upside of this WR group, but he should be a steady WR 4/5 that can provide valuable bench depth in most leagues.--Casey Kamholz
