3 years agoBaltimore Orioles first baseman/outfielder Ryan Mountcastle is sitting out of Sunday's finale with the Royals. For now this appears to just be a day off for Mountcastle, who was dealing with a forearm contusion over the past week. He's been having a solid sophomore season with Baltimore, slashing .252/.300/.439 with 14 homers, three steals, 50 RBI and 40 runs scored over 85 games. With Mountcastle out of the lineup, Trey Mancini is getting the start at first while DJ Stewart will slot in as the designated hitter and bat fourth against Kansas City.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
