3 years agoChicago White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson will sit out Game 2 of Monday's doubleheader versus the Minnesota Twins. Anderson extended his hitting streak to 16 earlier in the day with a 1-for-4 with a solo home run and two runs. Anderson has been on fire and is now hitting .314 with nine home runs, 36 RBI and 14 stolen bases. Anderson remains one of the best shortstops and continues to be valuable across the board for managers. Infielder/outfielder Leury Garcia will be leading off in Game 2 and infielder Danny Mendick will replace Anderson at shortstop and bat ninth. Both Garcia and Mendick can be avoided in DFS in a tough matchup versus Jose Berrios.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
