Trevor Williams Allows Four Runs In No-Decision
3 years agoChicago Cubs starting pitcher Trevor Williams went five innings in Tuesday's no-decision versus the St. Louis Cardinals. Williams allowed seven hits, four runs, one walk and struck out three on the evening. Williams has struggled in his first season with the Cubs and his spot in the rotation is in jeopardy with starting pitcher Jake Arrieta (hamstring) currently on the 10-day injured list. Williams is 3-2 with an ugly 5.68 ERA and is scheduled to face the Arizona Diamondbacks on Sunday. Williams can be avoided in all formats.
