3 years agoAfter three seasons in Denver, running back Phillip Lindsay joined the Houston Texans this offseason. While he's coming off of his worst NFL season, with just 502 yards and one rushing touchdown in 11 games, Lindsay is still a potential fantasy steal heading into the 2021 season. Houston has a lot of faces in their backfield including David Johnson, but Lindsay's going to just be in his age-27 season and has a pair of 1,000-yard seasons under his belt. Johnson's arguably been on the decline for a few years now, so don't be shocked to see Lindsay push Johnson for snaps early on and eventually earn the lead role. He'll start the year off as an RB3/Flex play, but there's RB2 upside for Lindsay as the season goes along.
