3 years agoLas Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III has arrived in camp weighing 13 pounds more than he did last season, seemingly in an effort to help Ruggs become a more physical receiver. Ruggs, the first receiver drafted last season, wasn't great as a rookie, catching 26 passes for 452 yards and two touchdowns. Drafted to be a deep threat, Ruggs has to contend with the fact that quarterback Derek Carr just isn't much of a gunslinger. Maybe the added weight can help Ruggs become more of a threat in the short passing game, though tight end Darren Waller should continue to see most of those targets. With Nelson Agholor now in New England, Ruggs should enter 2021 as the No. 1 receiver for the Raiders and he has a ton of upside, but his low floor makes him a risky pick in the middle rounds of fantasy drafts.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
