3 years agoThe Philadelphia Phillies are reportedly one of six or seven teams "checking in on" Minnesota Twins outfielder Byron Buxton according to a tweet from MLB Network's Jon Heyman. Buxton is still on the injured list due to a fractured left hand but could make a serious impact down the stretch for fantasy managers when he returns. The outfielder was having a breakout season before landing on the injured list, hitting .369 with a .409 on-base percentage, 10 home runs, and five stolen bases in 110 plate appearances.
