Trea Turner Will Move To Second Base
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers shortstop Trea Turner (COVID-19) will become the clubs starting second baseman when he is activated. Turner came over from the Washington Nationals as part of a blockbuster deal that also brought the Dodgers starting pitcher Max Scherzer. Turner could be activated on Friday, manager Dave Roberts said he won't start until Saturday. Turner has been having a great season and is hitting .322 with 18 home runs, 49 RBI and 21 stolen bases. Turner's move to the Dodgers will not only place him in a much better lineup around him, but he will also be more versatile for managers with his move to second base.
