Tim Anderson Homers For Second Straight Game
3 years agoChicago White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson went 3-for-5 with two runs, two RBI and a solo home run in Monday's blowout victory against the Minnesota Twins. Anderson has now homered leading off in the top of the first inning in two consecutive games and is beginning to heat up with six hits over his last 10 at-bats. The White Sox lineup got even stronger with outfielder Luis Robert returning on Monday and that should lead to even more runs scored for the shortstop. Anderson is now hitting a healthy .300 with 12 home runs, 44 RBI and 16 stolen bases. Anderson will look to go yard for his third straight game on Tuesday versus Griffin Jax.
