Darrynton Evans Injures Knee In Preseason Opener
3 years agoTennessee Titans running back Darrynton Evans served as the team's lead running back in the team's preseason opener against the Falcons, but exited with a knee after his fourth carry of the game. Evans finished with 26 rushing yards on those four carries, but that impressive start is undercut by the injury concern. Considering a hamstring injury sidelined Evans for much of his rookie season, this is definitely something that fantasy managers should be concerned about. Evans is expected to be the primary backup to Derrick Henry, though he'll have virtually no fantasy value as long as Henry is healthy. Jeremy McNichols would be in line for a bump in usage if Evans misses time.
