3 years agoPittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will play during the exhibition matchup against the Lions. Although there were rumblings that the veteran wouldn't get involved during preseason action, it's a logical move, especially with some new faces in the Steel City on the offensive side of the ball. After missing nearly all of the 2019 campaign with a right elbow injury, Roethlisberger came back with a vengeance last season, finishing with 3,803 yards, 33 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions to go along with a 94.1 passer rating. While the 39-year-old may not be as good as he once was, he has a higher ceiling than most. Managers in deeper formats or Superflex leagues should keep him in mind, especially with an arsenal of weapons at his disposal this year. However, since he likely won't play more than a few series against Detroit on Saturday, DFS enthusiasts should search elsewhere for another signal-caller.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
