3 years agoChicago White Sox first baseman Jose Abreu went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in Tuesday's victory versus the Oakland Athletics. Abreu had a slow first half for his standards, but has really been hitting the ball well in the second half of the season and has now homered in four of his last seven games. The reigning American League MVP has gotten much more protection with outfielders Eloy Jimenez and Luis Robert back in the lineup and it has helped the slugger.
