3 years agoHouston Texans running back Mark Ingram II seems likely to make the team's final roster, according to Aaron Reiss of The Athletic. Ingram didn't play in the team's first preseason game, a possible sign that he isn't in a fight for a roster spot. In fact, Reiss seems to think that Ingram will be competing with David Johnson for a role complementing Phillip Lindsay, who saw most of the first-team carries in Houston's preseason opener. Simply put, this running back room is a mess right now, and it's going to be really difficult for fantasy managers to trust anyone. Ingram's lack of receiving upside is a clear concern as well. There's no reason to draft the veteran runner in most formats.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
