3 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Dylan Cease recorded a quality start in Thursday's no-decision versus the Oakland Athletics. The right-hander went six innings and allowed four hits, three runs, four walks and five strikeouts. The four walks weren't ideal for Cease and that has been a major weakness for him this season, but he otherwise has been having a very solid season. For the season, Cease is 9-6 with a 4.06 ERA and 170 strikeouts in 130 2/3 innings. Next up for Cease will be a matchup versus a tough Toronto Blue Jays lineup on Tuesday.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
