3 years agoNew York Mets shortstop Francisco Lindor (oblique) could return on Tuesday. Skipper Luis Rojas indicated that while a rehab assignment is still a possibility, Lindor could be back as early as the team's upcoming homestand against the San Francisco Giants. Since mid-July, the 27-year-old has been out because of a Grade 2 oblique strain, so managers in all formats have certainly waited long enough for his return. However, his play wasn't the best before going down with the ailment, although there is a chance he could get it together this time around.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
