3 years agoTampa Bay Rays outfielder Manuel Margot went 2-for-4 with two RBI doubles and a run scored during Saturday's 8-4 win over the Chicago White Sox. He smacked a double to left field in the bottom of the fifth inning, driving in Wander Franco to give the Rays a 6-1 lead. The 26-year-old then smacked another double in the eighth frame, plating Brandon Lowe to increase the Rays lead 7-4. Margot has now logged three extra-base hits over his last two games. The former San Diego Padre has been red hot in August, hitting .333 (16-for-48) with seven RBI and two stolen bases over 14 games. Overall, Margot is slashing .258/.306/.400 with nine home runs, 51 RBI, 43 runs scored, and 11 stolen bases in 2021.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
