3 years agoCincinnati Reds right-hander Michael Lorenzen got the final five outs of a 7-4 win over the Miami Marlins on Saturday. He did not allow a run while striking out one on the way to earning his second save of the season. After dealing with injuries for much of the season, Lorenzen has been excellent over his 11 appearances, posting 12 1/3 scoreless innings while striking out 12. The Reds have been mostly using Mychal Givens in save chances over the past month but Lorenzen could work his way into the committee going forward.--Matt T - RotoBaller
